I purchased a property that Tim recently listed in North Balgowlah. Tim was incredibly friendly, transparent, professional and responsive throughout the campaign which lasted only 7 days. Tim explained the vendor was motivated to sell (a deceased estate) so we seized the opportunity and moved fast. Despite a couple of major hurdles that came up with the contract terms and late invoices that needed to be paid by the vendor, Tim went above and beyond to ensure we were able to exchange and purchase the property. Without Tim's creative help in dealing with the vendor's solicitor, we would not have exchanged and run the risk of other parties potentially purchasing the property. Thanks again Tim!!
