Tim began his valuation career in 2003 with Herron Todd White on the Gold Coast while completing his Property Economics degree at QUT. After becoming a registered valuer in 2006, he gained broad experience across residential, rural, and development properties, working in markets including Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and Coffs Harbour. In 2015, Tim established his own boutique valuation firm, specialising in residential, rural, and family law valuations across northern New South Wales and the Gold Coast.
Having relocated with his family to the Tenterfield area in early 2021, Tim has built a strong connection to the local community. He generously volunteers his time with a number of community groups, is the chairman of the school advisory board at St Joseph's Primary School Tenterfield, and also operates his own Speckle Park cattle stud. His regional knowledge, combined with his approachable and professional style, ensures clients feel supported and well-informed throughout every step of their property journey.
