Tim showed expertise in his knowledge of the area we were selling in (sherwood) and when the final negotiation was happening between buyers is was done very quickly with excellent communication. Although we expected a slightly higher price, we met the market point. We were happy with the price we received for sherwood property and by letting us know an expected price for fees, commissions etc we didn’t find any unexpected hidden costs in selling our property.
