Tim and his assistant Alannah met me in my home. They were attentive to information I shared about our home of 25 years. Tim clearly outlined his experience in real estate along with his proposal for marketing our property. I liked his approach. On the day Alannah was at the house with the photographer taking marketing photos one of our rear neighbours called across the fence. He was interested in the house for his daughter and her young family. They asked for a viewing that afternoon. Alannah was quick to use this unexpected potential even before the house was on the market. Their first offer was a bit too low for me to consider. However by Saturday afternoon they had increased their offer and I was pleased to accept it.
