2023 is a tough market - Tim sold our place in 3 days, for a price both parties were happy with. If that isn't a 5 Star rating performance then nothing is. How did he do it? Simple really, Tim listened, planned and executed on the agreed strategy. We were confident from the get go in Tim, he spoke our language and took our sale as personal. Quick to respond to our calls and queries his communication was clear, concise and at all times courteous. Even post sale when we had an administrative problem with PRD Tim was on the case and had it resolved to our entire satisfaction - the sale had been made but Tim's service and professionalism remained. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Tim and will be using him in the future. A potentially stressful activity was made simple and painless - can't thank him enough and we doubt there is better in the Bay.

We called upon Tim, to sell our property, because of his market knowledge and communication to us, throughout the sale process. When the market seemed to stand still, Tim was there to reassure us and keep us on track. Patience won!

Tim has a good knowledge of the market, what is required to attract the right buyers and a very professional approach throughout the marketing and selling process. Through his commitment I believe he is the only agent who could have sold the house at the price achieved. My only criticism is communication was lacking at times however I would have no hesitation in engaging his services again.

I found Tim to be very professional .Initial interview he outlined what was needed inc builders report advertising auctioneer costs and conveyancing requirements.All was done in couple of days thus allowing prospective clients to have all information available. We thank Tim and staff.
