It is rare these days that people take care to tell the truth and communicate in a timely manner. Tim is busy but he never lets on just how much there is to do because he genuinely cares about you and always seeks to meet your expectations. He is very thorough and always warm and open to all requests. We are very pleased to have worked with him and would suggest him to others without a second thought.

2023 is a tough market - Tim sold our place in 3 days, for a price both parties were happy with. If that isn't a 5 Star rating performance then nothing is. How did he do it? Simple really, Tim listened, planned and executed on the agreed strategy. We were confident from the get go in Tim, he spoke our language and took our sale as personal. Tim has a good knowledge of the market, what is required to attract the right buyers and a very professional approach throughout the marketing and selling process. Through his commitment I believe he is the only agent who could have sold the house at the price achieved. My only criticism is communication was lacking at times however I would have no hesitation in engaging his services again.
