Tim did an exceptional job under challenging conditions.

From the first meeting with Tim, I found him to be comfortably professional without being "professionally artificial." His manner inspired confidence without arrogance. The sale had its challenges, (namely, a legal dispute between the vendors) but Tim managed the difficulties without problem. A sale result was achieved which was more than satisfactory to the warring vendors. In summary, Tim made what could have been a very awkward & difficult sale into a relatively seamless & smooth transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to any future prospective sellers.
