He subsequently sold our house at 88 Francis Avenue Lemon Tree Passage most recently and simultaneously acted as our Agent in the purchase of a property at Salamander Bay. At all times Tim acted in a Professional manner, was considerate and transparent in all aspects of our Sale and Purchase and communicated efficiently with any concerns and negotiations.
