I found that Tim went to great lengths to keep us happy. Auctions can be very stressful for people and we really only had a few days from where we saw the property for the first time to actually purchasing the property. The whole team at Ray White were so friendly and down to earth. They made the day very special. I called Tim after the auction on a few occasions and he was very prompt in calling back if I needed any advice on anything. I found him to be very helpful and I couldn't ask for better than that.

Before auction, I received many calls from them. They checked if I have any questions and answer me promptly and with patience.
