There was no paper involved, everything was done via phone or tablet with docusign and communicated very well through email and his office which made the whole process a breeze.

Very happy with our home purchase experience with Tim! He was ready to allow us access to the home on a couple of occasions, taking the time to answer any questions. We never felt rushed. He worked well with our finance team, checked on our property after a storm went through to check it was still in good condition for the sale to go through, and offered us his future help with contacts that may be of use to us.
