Tim is an awesome operator, always listens to what you are after and has a very friendly vibe. No arrogance, genuine bloke. If I was to sell again, (and Tim is still in the business) I'll have no need to shop around :) Provided research on how houses in the area had fared recently which also gave us confidence. I certainly don't second guess anything around our decision.

One of the very few good agents left out there. After having had several bad experiences with other agents, we were glad to have found at the very end the right house through the right agent.
