I first met Tim about ten years ago when I purchased my house from him and reconnected with him in July 2023 to discuss selling my house later the same year, Tim arrived at the appointed time and did a walk-through with me, he made a couple of recommendations on small changes I could do to make the house more appealing to buyers. I made the changes Tim and I had discussed and in October 2023 I was ready to sell the house so I called Tim to let him know. That week was a bit of blur - I signed the contracts on Monday, the photographer came on Wednesday, the house was listed on Thursday afternoon, and by 9.30 am on Friday Tim had an offer on the house.
