I recently sold a unit through Tim. I was initially impressed by his marketing approach which was consistent and gentle. He is knowledgeable about the market and honest in his approach. He works tirelessly and was available for communication above and beyond expectations. He set realistic expectations and then exceeded them. I highly recommend Tim and will be back in future.
