Very good and prompt in communication

Tim was very good and there were some frustrations with sales falling through but not his fault. The only minor thing with Tim was that on the couple of occasions he contacted us to advise a sale, it took a few minutes into the conversation for us to realise our unit was sold. He told us everything else before that. No big deal but we had to read between the lines.
