Tim was one of two agents selected by me as the Vendors Advocate- His level of recorded sales in this area with a low rate of discounting put him as the leading sales agent in this area- on paper at least. When we interviewed him face to face- his integrity and honesty were also qualities that were evident in this real estate sales professional.When Tim took the property to the market he did exactly what he said he could do and communicated this to me in a prompt and proficient manner- making it easy for me to relay to the vendor. Tim was also supportive of the role that I played as the vendors advocate and during negotiations achieved the best outcome for us and his willingness to assist in contractual matters was crucial in the property being able to settle.
