Be and Tim sold my investment property in Pakenham in Aug 2017. Their office is in Bayswater however they made extra effort to travel far for my sale. Susan and Tim were recommended to us by close friends who had recently sold through them. They were friendly, sincere, approachable and professional from the very start and weren't pushy like some of the other agents we spoke to. There knowledge of the local area and other recent sales was excellent and they kept us up-to-date with every aspect of the campaign as it progressed. Communication was easy and all of our requests were answered promptly. They treated our home (a family home)with respect and even asked people at the inspections to remove their shoes.
