Christmas 2014 we were considering selling our investment townhouse and seeking advice we were recommended to speak with Tim about the current market . Tim was very easy to understand and following his advice we decided to sell. As it was approaching school holidays Tim advised that he could have it sold within 10 days, We were a bit skeptical about that but sure enough he had a contract signed within the 10 days.
