I remembered Tim from a number of years ago, as he made a positive impression on me. I had just fully renovated a rental property and was trying to decide to sell, or rent it. Three years after that conversation, I asked my wife to look online for Tim when we decided it was time for to sell the renovated property in Springwood. Tim successfully sold our home at a agreeable price and ensured that everything went smoothly with the sale. Shortly after Springwood, we decided to sell another rental property in Coopers Plains. Tim was pretty keen to be our real estate agent, and after meeting with several others in the area he was my first choice again. While Tim did not achieve the price we originally wanted, he did negotiate a price and terms in this uncertain market that we could accept. If you are looking for an agent that will be honest, work in your best interests as a seller, and achieve the best price that the "market" will offer, then I cannot recommend Tim highly enough.
