Fast and efficient with a realistic and balanced approach.

Had to sell a deceased estate needed a drive by valuation. Rang a few local agents and the hooks , all online. And phone calls. The commission would be attractive to the agents , Tim was the only agent to contact me quickly and we discussed the matter, my first thoughts. He’s a straight shooter. No crap. Not like the others when they eventually rang me so when it came to appointing an agent Tim was the agent head and shoulders above the rest. He kept me informed at all stages. His experience and customer skills were 100%. But be wary of your legal selection. My experience with the legal eagles has been a “not harpy jan “ justice by the legal eagles all flocked together like vultures. No Jude’s involved in mediation. Be very wary. The probate issue and the latest foreign capital gains tax declaration forms are not simple when you are not the registered owner on title. ATO no help.

My initial contact with Tim in 2020 came about after receiving a Belle Property flyer in the letterbox. Tim came to view the property and he gave me a frank assessment of where it sat in the market. I advised him that I was not planning to sell it at that stage, I was however, impressed with his knowledge and knew I didn’t need to canvass other agents. Last year I needed an appraisal for a financial planning assessment and Tim kindly arranged this for me and at that point, I was still not certain whether I would be selling the property.
