Tim was exceptional to deal with during this sale process. His knowledge of the market was second to none and he kept me updated of all feedback from the buyers on a regular basis. I have been selling real estate for 25 years now and would highly recommend using Tim to represent you if you are selling. Thanks for your efforts Tim, look forward to working with you again soon.
Professional and expert in his field. Good, regular communication.

5 stars- Couldn’t be happier! We met with Tim and Kevin from Belle property and were so impressed by their professionalism, experience, sales results and down to earth approach. Tims connections to prospective buyers, knowledge and advice throughout the campaign was invaluable and in the end, imperative to helping us achieve the best result. We are thrilled with the sale of our first home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tim and Kevin from Belle Lane Cove.
Tim was very professional and efficient. Always ready to help you. Kevin was very nice and made you feel comfortable

Tim Holgate was great, we’ve been communicating for many years and when it was finally time to sell I trusted Tim, as he is very professional, communication was perfect and he performs really well during the auction process.
Tim was great from start to finish. Always keeping me in the loop with updates, progression, offers - there was honesty, consistency and encouragement. I would highly recommend Tim as both a professional and supportive real estate agent. He truly cares about the sale, the process and the outcome.
Tim and Simon were great to work with. Special call out to LIli who was friendly and upbeat, incredibly efficient and nothing was too much trouble for her.
A professional and satisfying experience with an excellent end result. Tim and Simon kept us informed throughout the process, made good recommendations to get the home to a point where we could maximise the sell price and helped us with introductions to tradesmen to complete minor works, ahead of the start of the campaign.
Tim Holgate was great. His support staff were not very switched on and detracted from the experience. Sale letter sent to incorrect address and was returned to sender, Why was it mailed when all other correspondence is email? Incorrect contract (ie another property with out cover page) sent to solicitors. This issue is not resolved Kevin was asking fundamental questions about property that Belle have managed for 20 plus years.
