I got in touch with Belle Property and shortly after I was speaking with Tim who wanted to learn a bit more about the potential sale. We met up and he gave me a good run through what the whole process of selling could look like with a nice punchy presentation which included local statistics, data & more which was great to see in hand plus he gave me time to ask questions which he happily answered. Overall the whole initial meeting was just easy, didn't feel rushed and basically had covered everything in his presentation. His decades of experience really showed. Throughout the sale campaign Tim always kept me updated with calls & texts keeping me in the loop, giving me case studies on similar past sales and suggestions. Essentially he was a very communicative resourceful guide which was great to have throughout the process. When it came to negotiations he respected my decisions on how I wanted to go about things which was nice as it felt like he was working with me not just for me, this lead to us getting a great sale result in a not so ideal market to sell. Overall I highly recommend Tim if looking to have an agent that has decades of experience, is very knowledgeable, has great negotiation skills, is a great communicator, is to the point and respects your decisions, then Tim is your guy.
