Whilst I was trying to make a decision, Tim gave me the space and opportunity to breathe, and encouraged me to reach out when I was ready to start discussing a sale. Once negotiations and contracts were signed, he stayed in constant communication and checked in prior to settlement and listened to, and assisted with all my questions.
