Tim has exceeded expectations with his efforts to sell my property. His market assessments were right on the mark and he immediately understood my requirement to balance time on market with best price and conditions of sale. To this end he provided me clear expectations on what price bracket I could expect and how long it would take to achieve this. Through a dedicated and extensive pursuit of buyers, he then delivered a sale right in that bracket - in about half the time. I also knew right from initial engagement where buyers sat with respect to readiness to purchase, terms and genuine interest.
