With a formal education in sales and marketing, Tim Kourtaibe comes to Ray White Carnegie with a breadth of understanding of what buyers are wanting in the marketplace. His experience has always centred around helping people from all walks in life. His passion to assist people, through his sales education, experience and keen ear, allows him to effortlessly connect buyers with properties they love.
His decision to not be in a corporate marketing office was accelerated by his love for wanting to be amongst ‘the people’ at ground level. He understands everyone is different, and their reasons for buying, selling and moving are personal and encourages people to embrace their new chapters in their lives.
Tim has a knack for surprising people. Always going beyond the expected with his efforts, he has an inane ability to organise himself and others, which comes from his regimented Russian upbringing. He has a kind heart and loves the fact that he can give of himself when he’s needed.
Well travelled and fluent in conversational Russian, Tim can be found in his quiet time at the gym and around his much loved family and friends.
