Tim has provided us with 16 years of all round professional service. Tim returns phone calls promptly and has always been available for discussions regarding the management of our apartment at Shepherds Bay. The apartment has been virtually continuously rented for the 16 years with only minimal weeks between tenants. The quality of tenants is also a reflection of the selection and integrity review processes employed by the Asset management team. Tim, has managed the regular inspection routine and discussed any major issues with us as Owners.
