Being based interstate I found the process of choosing an agent a little daunting but Tim really proved himself. Prior to speaking with Tim I had appraisals from four other agents which really varied in terms of price points and none of them even bothered to follow up with me. Tim's appraisal price was a lot more enthusiastic and he followed up with me multiple times to walk me through the process. The property was pretty much sold within a week of listing at the top of Tim's appraisal range which was $140,000 higher than the lowest appraisal I had received. Prior to marketing Tim arranged repairs and maintenance to get the property ready and he made the whole process extremely easy. I can't recommend Tim enough!

Tim showed us 2 properties in Cairns - one of which we purchased. From the start, Tim was easily accessible, helpful and happy to share his knowledge. Settlement wasn’t the easiest due to Seller bank issues but Tim kept us up to date and answered any queries we had.
