Tim recently sold my rental property. With little experience in this field I was dependent on Tim's expertise and professionalism. The result exceeded my expectations. There are several attributes I noted with Tim. He has an excellent memory for detail. I had only briefly met him several years ago but he clearly remembered my name and my property. Tim communicates well - he is "to the point" and kept me "in the loop" as matters proceeded over 3 months. I could always get in touch with him and even if he was busy he would always return my calls promptly. Lastly, Tim has a sense of humour which helps when the pressure is on.
