Tim was outstanding in his advice, courtesy, very professional. He was agent for 1 property, worked well in difficult market to sell in timely way at a good price, within his initial market appraisal range. He also gave sound advice to work pro Bono to help us sell my parent's property, thus forfeiting commission. This was to help us secure a neighbour as buyer after independent valuation to get us the right price. He could have put on the market, but did what was best to not unsettle my mother, who had an under licence agreement to stay and rent off the neighbour (buyer) until we were ready to move to our new larger home. Showed his experience and consideration in all his dealings. I felt like I was his only client, he is rated 10/10. Worked well in his own team, encouraged Jamie Vergan to help us while he had short holiday, Jamie helped us very much to negotiate and secure our future family home. Well done.

Tim has been selling houses in the Lakeline estate before he sold me mine 6 years ago. It was an advantage that he knows the old and new major landowners. He went above and beyond what most agents would to ensure a successful sale in spite of last minute legal hitches which delayed settlement a tad more than either I as the vendor or the new owners would have preferred. Knowing the estate and it's people so well means he can speak with knowledge, authority that new young real estate agents do not perhaps cannot understand.
