My wife and I used Tim several years ago selling an old Queenslander in close proximity to the CBD. On the first weekend, of that sale, we had a Contract and that subsequently settled. Recently we engaged another Agent in an attempt to sell our home and after prolonged marketing and naught to show we again engaged Tim (we should have been more cognisant of our friends comments and direction in engaging a family friend in the first instance). Tim had our home effectively marketed for one (1) weekend (again) and we had multiple offers, in writing. My wife and I turned down the listed price offer and have now (yesterday) settled our sale :).
