Tim delegated parts of this process to his assistant. He answered his phone when I called and returned calls within 24 hours. In the purchasing process, I spoke with Tara, his assistant, and she was lovely. She was approachable and responsive every step of the way. When I phoned Tim and told him my name, he seemed not to know which property I was purchasing. Tara on the other hand, knew who I was, she was also personable and professional. Presettlment inspection was delayed by this real estate agent at very short notice (less than 5 minutes before) and this was problematic.

Sorry to read your review Kayla that you are disappointed that my assistant handled parts of the purchase process for you however I am delighted to hear your positive comments of my lovely assistant and that she was responsive every step of the way. I do apologies once again that the pre settlement had to be delayed at short notice, we were available however the vendor was still moving out and cleaning up the rear dwelling and asked we push it back.
