Tim and the team were wonderful to work with. They knew the market, were great at negotiation, kept us up to date every step of the way and were happy to go the extra mile when it was needed. Tim stepped in after an unsuccessful campaign with another real estate agent. He reviewed the strategy that didn't work and recommended a new strategy that was tailored to our situation, the market and the unique aspects of the home. The strategy worked! Within weeks we had genuine offers on the table and were able to make a deal with right buyers for the home.
