If you are thinking of selling or purchasing real estate, please do not make the mistake of not contacting Tim McInnes, I honestly cannot recommend Tim highly enough !!! Tim is unbelievably professional and incredibly knowledgeable and from our first meeting he took the time to talk me through everything. He provided some amazing insight and answered my gazillion questions, and I hadn't even yet signed any contracts with him to be my agent. The 1st class level of service didn't stop when I signed the dotted line, Tim went above and beyond through the whole experience. I did meet with some other agents, and was always left with a feeling that they felt I'd be lucky if I let them sell my home, it always felt a bit cold, calculated and rushed, that they had better things to do and really pushed me to sign with them immediately. It's the complete opposite with Tim, during our first meeting he actively encouraged me to meet with other agents and take my time with deciding which agent to go with, i don't think he actually would have let me sign with him immediately. But it's not just Tim's insane work ethic, he is just a really nice human being. I was going through some personal things and it had been a particularly emotional day, with lots of tears, before our first meeting, I opened the door with big red puffy eyes and the first words he said were 'Are you okay?' with genuine concern. He is sincere and he actually cares about his clients. Tim made the whole process so smooth and easy and he got a price for my home that was above my expectations. We advertised the property for auction on Friday had 3 open houses and then the auction 8 days later and the property sold for well above the reserve price.
