I have sold several properties over quite a few years and always trusted Peter Burley and his team to negotiate the best outcome for me and my family. The property I was wanting to sell this time was rural residential and therefore l required the expertise of Tim Menz. Knowing that the property was unique and full of history it would only appeal to a certain buyer. Tim found this buyer and negotiated with him over several weeks until a deal was reached which suited both seller and purchaser. He kept me informed throughout this time and l am more than happy with the purchase price he obtained. Furthermore l have been in touch with the purchaser and he is extremely happy with his purchase.
