Extremely professional & seemed to know wha was selling & how much, kept me on track, I joked he had so much time with me either on the ph or calling in with advice, which I sorely needed, to the Point I think he will soon be going through withdrawals, so will need to meet some other person trying to sell their house, that is not very clued up, he was 10 steps ahead all the way, & made my life free, that I could trust him all the time with whatever my problem was, he had an answer solution, right the way through, even now that I have the keys, I rang Tim about something at the new house he has fixed it now as I speak , good man & a gentleman
