After having been searching for a family home for nearly 12 months and the numerous viewings, real estate agents and countless hours scrolling through website we met Tim Morris. From the moment we came across this property via realestate.com.au and had seen we had just missed a viewing I contacted Tim via text and he was very accommodating with arranging viewings of the property to suit our schedule. It was very refreshing to be dealing with an agent who was so easy to contact though either emails, phone calls or text messages at all times of the day or evening with quick responses. So, my review is a little late, however, I am glad I waited as it gave me the opportunity to deal with "real" agents when I bought my next house. A "real" real estate agent these days apparently means you treat potential buyers poorly at the open inspection then have your assistant deal with the buyer throughout the rest of the process with no communication.Tim is not a "real " agent. He is completely open and realistic from the beginning, and communicates what is happening throughout the whole process. He also managed to exceed our expectations for a sale price and made a record residential sale price for the street!! My only gripe is that I now live interstate and can no longer use Tim as an agent.

I was 20yrs old when i bought my first investment property so i didn't have too much background knowledge on how everything works. I bought the house through Tim Morris Real Estate and figured this would be the best company to go through for property management as they already had all the background info on the house. I was lucky enough to have 7 applications after the second house opening and at a very good price. Tim Morris Real Estate has been great every step of the way, from sorting out contacts to finding the most reliable tenants. I have been most impressed with the communication skill that Tim Morris Real Estate portrays. They have kept me in the loop about any issues that have been raised, ex. small plumbing issues and garage door issues, too make sure i am aware of the extra cost so i don't get a surprise when the invoice statement is sent (which is always sent on time as well as the bank transfers) I would definitely recommend Tim Morris Real Estate for any of your real estate needs you may have.

Tim displayed genuine interest in us as purchasers and worked hard for both us and the vendor to ensure the transaction was completed in the best interest of both parties, unlike a lot of other agents who make feel like it is a hassle if you ask them a question.
