Tim Mumford sets himself apart in an industry that is cluttered with people who profess to offer good service. Tim, delivers on that promise and exceeds expectations. His market knowledge of the area, of our specific building, of the apartment that we were selling, helped us achieve a sale price that was $70,000 in excess of our expectations. His advice and feedback was pragmatic and very helpful during the process. Best of all we received regular status update calls and always knew what the progress was through the lifecycle of the sale. I can highly recommend Tim. He was the agent who sold us our Queenscliffe apartment in 2011, and later sold it for us in 2015.
