Tim was attentive and diligent throughout the process. Although the property did not sell at auction he persevered and optimised the actual sale price with a final increase that meant a lot to us although the difference to his commission was not significant.
Met Tim through relative serendipity, but he was always prompt to respond, and dedicated. He would come out to meet me with flexibility and rapidity, and was a straight shooter. He helped me immensely with the sale of a most difficult property, and remained optimistic throughout the ordeal. While I didn't get what I initially hoped from the sale, the final result was extremely fortunate given the circumstances surrounding the property, and I am grateful for Tim for a great and timely Christmas present.
