Tim Nagano was selected to sell my Property after contacting and "interviewing" four local Agents as to how they would market my property with a different marketing strategy to what is normally used. I had my property listed unsuccessfully with 3 other local agents 3 times over the past 4 years and the property was rented to long term difficult Tenants so I warned him that it wasn't going to be an easy. After explaining this to Tim he truly "listened" to my challenges re selling the property. We negotiated TOGETHER a realistic market price and I took on board Tim's suggestions of some "street presentation" upgrades and then commenced the campaign. Every week during the marketing campaign Tim was constantly in touch with me by phone and email even when he was in Singapore due to a close Family members illness. There were only two weeks out of 14 weeks that Tim did not have inspections and lots of offers. During this time we constantly worked together as a Team. This has been unheard in my past 24yrs of experience OF buying and selling 8 investment properties on the Gold Coast. When we encountered offers that were "nearly there" at no time did Tim pressure me to "fire sale" the property just to get rid of it!! When we had a few challenges with the first contract we had a meeting to discuss the best way to move forward.... I listened and actioned Tim's suggestions (as I totally respected his experience and advice) then relisted the property with a new marketing campaign and added $25,000 to the original price and within 8 days Tim had a new offer!!! Yes we did negotiate an $8,000 price drop on Tim's recommendation but we were still ahead!!!
