Tim helped the reviewer buy this property

Above and beyond

We are interstate buyers and heavily relied on Tim for his honesty and advice. From our first virtual meeting Tim spent time with us going through every corner and detail of this house, nothing was hidden from us. We had about 3 virtual inspections with him and he was always reassuring. On day of auction he was calming and reassuring, we were bidding on FaceTime via a friend. Once we were successful bidders and property sold to us Tim was constantly was there to help. Two days after settlement we were able to fly to Queensland as the borders opened. Tim came to pick us up at our place of stay and drove 45 mins to our new house and spent time explaining every detail of our new house, nothing was too much trouble. He even offered his time again if needed. We highly recommend Tim he is an honest person and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Tim.
