He demonstrated superior understanding (compared to others) of the value of our property and the surrounding area. Tim was extremely hard working, always available (seven days a week) and prepared to go that extra mile to satisfy our requirements and assist prospective purchasers. Nothing was too much trouble. He communicated regularly keeping us fully informed of developments in the sale of our property and always fulfilled the undertakings he promised from the very start (i.e. from the time of providing his valuation of our property) to the successful conclusion of the transaction. Further, the advice and support Tim provided throughout the sale process undoubtably helped to make the whole process relatively stress free. Even after the transaction Tim has continued to provide a service over and above what might be expected. In summary, we regard Tim as very honest, knowledgeable, hard working, committed, an excellent communicator, supportive mentor and ambitious.
