We needed to sell my father's home as he had moved into a nursing home. Tim supported us from afar (we're in Melbourne), organising his contractor to have the place cleaned, garden tidied up and some general maintenance done. They also packed up Dad's personal things and made the house very presentable for sale. Tim then organised "Open for Inspections" and we had an interested buyer in a short period. Tim advised us to take the offer as it was very reasonable and he explained why. He also referred us to a conveyancer who were great. We were very happy with the whole service, the price we got for the property, all with minimal fuss. If you want an agent that you can trust, I would definitely recommend Tim!
