Great outcome. We valued Tim's local knowledge when he advised us to take our property off the market when it was flooded. Within 3 weeks of putting it back on the market, we had a sale. Tim had full confidence in himself and also Town and Country. Some out of the ordinary negotiations with tenants was dealt with very professionally to obtain an outcome for all parties.
