After a failed attempt to sell my house after 6 months of it being on the market I turned to several other real estate agents to help. After speaking with them all I decided to go with TIM - he won hands down. His professionalism and proactiveness blew me away but he was a cut above the rest due to his passion. His passion and knowledge sold my house, he was confident that he could sell it which he did within a month after it had been 6 months on the market.
