Tim had given valuations for my property a number of times over the past 8 years. He was always enthusiastic about some of the features of my property and gave good advice about how to increase its value without over-spending. When it came time to sell, Tim kept in regular communication with me and helped me through the selling process. Whilst my property did not sell for the price that it was valued at, I was happy with the amount it sold for and the whole process was seemless.
