Following the sale of their property. Tim Shinnick from LJ Hookers BEGA was recommended to us for the sale of our late Father's property. From the first meeting we had with Tim we could see that he had a passion for what he does, he was very experienced and helpful making it easier and less stressful for us. Professional attitude and presentation. Communication was good initially, the first offer came after first viewing, we accepted it as we were unaware that he had booked 3 people in the following day for viewing and they turned up at gate ,These could of potentially offered more or been better financially ready for exchange. A follow up visit from Tim after exchange would of been nice way to end the sale.

Due to the nature of the property extra time and care was afforded to us with multiple inspections and liasing with the vendor more than is typical of a standard house sale. Tim met us on multiple occasions and attempted to meet all our needs where possible. Tim was not your typical pushy salesman and offered clear communication throughout the whole process.
