Tim was fantastic through the whole process. He spent a lot of time creating new marketing initiatives and strategies to drive interest and activity around the property. He was very communicative through the whole process and a lovely guy to deal with. We had a price in mind and Tim didn’t waiver from that with buyers or expect me to either. I would highly recommend Tim.
