Great Result and Great Price received

The market is pretty tough right now, interest rates rising, prices dropping. Despite this we got a good result for our sale. Tarran and Tim persisted, thought outside the box, renegotiated, and worked with us to sell our home. Both upheld positive communication, respect and understanding as we rode the roller coaster of this current housing market

Rising interest rates causing market uncertainty combined with a Section 32 that raised concerns for prospective buyers was never going to make it easy for Tim and the team at Biggins and Scott, Mitcham to sell my apartment. Tim never gave up and always kept me well informed on buyer interest as we travelled this journey together. Whilst the price achieved was down on where I had hoped it would be, it was still within the initial range given at the start despite the conditions and I am happy with the outcome and with everything Tim did to get there.
