I went to Barry Plant as I had bought my house through them and trusted them to steer me through the selling process. Tim Stickley was helpful from start to finish; acknowledging my inexperience without being patronizing, highlighting the good points of the house, displaying good knowledge of the area and offering valuable advice on the whole nerve racking process. I hope never to move again but if it happens I would be happy to trust Tim's expertise and general helpfulness to get the best possible price and make the whole business as painless as possible. Look nothing wrong with Tim or his team. While I thought we we signing up for Tim it was a front for a junior agent to take our property. Tim introduced us to him at the point of signing the paperwork but all appointments prior to this had been with Tim himself. Lots of spoke and mirrors to get us to sign up with, I should have seen through them but he was good at the sale pitch of him self. Would I choose Barry Plant Noble park again, probably not is the truthful answer. If you do ensure you get a good conveyancer this saved us, not only a lot of money but also a lot of time wasting.

I had a disappointing experience with Tim and his team when selling my property. Initially, they made many promises about achieving a high sale price, but those promises were not delivered. Unless your property is a high-demand, premium listing, Tim tends to delegate the work to his juniors, who I felt did not put in enough effort. The campaign lacked energy during the crucial early weeks, and I was eventually pressured to lower the price with the explanation that it would attract more buyers and create demand. However, this strategy failed, and they couldn’t even bring enough interest to hold a successful auction. Unless Tim personally manages the sale, I wouldn’t recommend trusting his team based on their words alone. Overall, I am quite dissatisfied with their service.

Tim and his team, in this case Sohail, know their market well. There were never any surprises - who wants that when dealing with what is often a stressful situation? I have always found Tim to be an excellent communicator and this sale was no exception. Sohail also was most informative, very polite. As suggested we had a 4 week campaign to sell our property at Auction. The property was sold at Auction due to the hard work from Tim and his team particularly Daniel they both encountered friction from the tenants who were our reason for the sale. Both Tim & Daniel were both extremely professional in the way they went about the whole ordeal. We believe the property sold for a better then expected price specially in the condition it was in and still with the current tenants to contend with.
