Knowledge of the market in an ever changing situation was "spot on". The method of selling with what I call "Silent auction", with a given date for sale, proved to go very well. The help given by Abby, Tim's assistant, was excellent. Her extra help, coming to our home several times to give advice and encourage us. We were most satisfied with all they did.
