We also completely understand your disappointment that the property took longer to sell than hoped and did not achieve the price you were originally aiming for. Our goal is always to help our clients achieve the very best outcome possible. When we first appraised your property in late November 2025, our advice was based on the strong market conditions at that time. Unfortunately, due to the delay before the property was launched in March 2026, the market had changed significantly. Rising interest rates, global economic uncertainty and events in the Middle East all contributed to a decline in buyer confidence, which impacted property values across the market. While we can never control the market or the external factors that influence it, we can control the level of service, communication and advice we provide. Throughout the campaign, we remained committed to being honest, transparent and proactive, ensuring you were kept informed as market conditions evolved and providing advice based on the realities of the market rather than unrealistic expectations. We are genuinely grateful for the opportunity to represent you in the sale of your home and appreciate the trust you placed in us.
