After being recommended to Tim from (Barry plant) by family and friends who previously bought, sold, rented and had rentals, we decided to to sell our family home with Tim who is a friendly, highly skilled motivated professional who knows what knows what he is talking about in all aspects of real estate specialising in the s/e area. we were provided with outstanding service, professionally, with realistic and honest expectations, (although we were surprised with higher results than expected also hearing the buyer was also happy also which made everything even better), nothing was rushed, there was no pressure with any decision made further, and the entire process was stress free and very fair. There were regular updates through-out the entire process by Tim along side with hes other highly skilled colleague, Anso on how everything was going throughout the entire time of the sale. I highly recommend Tim to everyone, looking to buy, sell or rent a property.
